During our vacation, we dined at Antica Osteria del Borgo, in the charming historic center of Camerota. The rustic and welcoming atmosphere made the evening truly enjoyable. There were three of us (the two of us and our daughter), and the setting was perfect for a leisurely family dinner. The meat served was truly excellent: well-cooked, juicy, and flavorful. The side dishes were simple but tasty, perfect for the main course. The service was courteous and attentive, and the prices were very fair for the quality. Overall, we were very satisfied. If you're looking for an authentic place to enjoy meat in a relaxed, homey atmosphere, Antica Osteria del Borgo is a truly excellent choice!

On the main street of the village, an excellent typical Cilentan dinner, good, punctual and courteous service.

Typical and genuine cuisine and flavors. The scialatielli alla cilentana and the melanzane alla camerotana are among the best things I have eaten here in Cilento. But the dishes are all good. Very generous portions: it is difficult to try everything, in fact my wife and I went back a second time to try as many dishes as possible. It really feels like eating with family. The staff is friendly and kind. The prices, considering the quality and quantity, are definitely fair.

We stopped here for lunch, intrigued by the atmosphere. It's the only restaurant in town, but it was a delightful surprise! Simple, tasty, and authentic cuisine. The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The dishes are served in original earthenware dishes!

My wife and I had some typical dishes and we liked them a lot. The service is excellent because Angela is professional, friendly and welcoming. We had lunch outside in the street with a light breeze so pleasant that we did not want to leave. We were particularly struck by the authenticity of the place and the people, not slaves to mass tourism.

While strolling through the village, we found this wonderful little restaurant. There's only a few seats, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. Delicious food, reasonable prices, and very polite staff.

We received a friendly welcome. The waitress arranged a table for us in the shade and brought baked zucchini blossoms as a special treat with our drinks. She patiently explained the dishes to us in English and brought our ordered antipasti and main courses with obvious joy in her work. All the dishes, including the house wine, were excellent. We finished off with a delicious homemade limoncello and were warmly welcomed by the chef and waitress. The value for money is excellent. We highly recommend Osteria Del Borgo!

We arrived at this osteria on a late August evening, without paying much attention to the reviews. Despite the extremely busy restaurant and without a reservation, the wait to be seated was well worth it, thanks to the courtesy of the waiters, the pleasant entertainment provided by the owner, and, above all, the food we enjoyed. The local appetizers and first courses were truly delicious, with generous portions. Dining al fresco among the narrow streets of the village of Camerota is an experience I highly recommend.
